Vice President, Global Learning & Development

The Vice President, Global Learning & Development (L&D) is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing and executing a globally integrated learning strategy that accelerates capability building, fosters inclusive leadership, and drives business performance. This role leads the development of functional; cross-functional and leadership learning programs aligned with Otis' strategic priorities and talent philosophy.

Reporting to the SVP, Global Talent & Inclusion, this role will be based on the East coast of the United States, and we can accommodate remote, hybrid or on-site work arrangements.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement the unified global L&D strategy that supports key capability building, digital enablement, and workforce readiness across the enterprise.
• Lead the execution of the Leading@Otis framework, embedding leadership development across all levels.
• Oversee the governance of learning councils and steering committees to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Salary & Benefits :

The salary range for this role is USD $270k - $310k. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

This position is eligible to participate in our annual executive short-term Incentive plan and is eligible to receive equity awards under the Otis executive long-term incentive plan.
