Senior Analyst Investment Data & Operations

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Analyst Investment Data & Operations to lead and optimize one of their top financial clients investment data operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our investment data, while also driving process improvements. They should have a proven track record in the investment management industry to lead and optimize their data quality and operational efficiency. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced data manipulation expertise, and a deep understanding of investment data domains and workflows. This will be a hybrid position onsite in Milwaukee or Charlotte four days a week. Compensation ranges between $160,000 / yr-$190,000 / yr. Some additional responsibilities are below.

Responsibilities :

• Data Quality Leadership :

Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures across all investment data domains.

Analyze existing data operations workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

Maintain a deep understanding of investment data domains, including market data, security master data, portfolio holdings, transactions, and performance data.
