About This Role
We’re seeking a temporary Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll administration and helping to develop and strengthen internal controls and processes related to payroll. This individual is responsible for all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s multi-state payroll processing objectives with a high degree of confidentiality and will manage time entry, tax deposits, reports, benefit deductions, W2s and audit document requests. The individual will work within our Accounting team and serve as a point person for both payroll operations and payroll accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations and equity transactions.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Accounting.
This is a temporary position based in the United States. This is a contract position intended to start end of October and will be for 3-4 months, and the working hours are generally within 8am-5pm PT (between 30-40 hours per week).

The base compensation range for this position is $48.56 - $56.25 per hour. The range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
