Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and employees Have knowledge of and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment Own management of chemical inventory, usage, and costs Train and motivate team to enroll new members Directly handle all customer concerns and questions Performs required administrative duties which may include documentation for performance management, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions Take responsibility when the General Manager is offsite Strong interpersonal skills A willingness to learn and grow A positive attitude Comfortability working outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexibility in scheduling A high school diploma 2+ years of experience in a leadership role Ability to lift or move 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) Be on your feet for extended periods of time / the entire work shift Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment Safely climb and maneuver a 25ft ladder while carrying 40 pounds or more Respond quickly to sounds Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces See clearly and respond to dangerous situations Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all Modteam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot Confident : I project a professional image and positive energy.
