Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing

Acadia is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing to help shape and execute the consumer marketing strategy for Nuplazid, with a focus on patients, caregivers, and advocacy audiences. In this role, you'll bring the brand strategy to life through impactful omnichannel campaigns-driving digital engagement, media execution, and social presence that make a real difference for patients and their families. You'll oversee brand and unbranded websites, lead social media strategy, and partner closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, results-driven programs. Using customer insights and performance analytics, you'll continuously refine tactics and introduce innovative approaches to enhance the consumer experience. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with a strong background in digital and omnichannel execution who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities :
Education / Experience / Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressively-responsible experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry within the Marketing arena, with significant experience in digital and omnichannel marketing.to create a seamless customer experience. Healthcare and Consumer Marketing experience preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication both in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and / or work after hours as required by travel schedule or business needs.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
Salary Range $136,000$169,800 USD
