We are lookingfor a customerfocused serviceorientated Bartender to join our team!Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in providingoutstanding service to customers along with knowledge of varioustypes of alcohol cocktails and mixology.
The focus of the role isto make drinks to customers specifications advise customers on gooddrinks to try and purchase and mix specialtycocktails.
Responsibilities
Takecustomers orders at the bar.
Make customers drinks in theway they request.
Advise customers of specials promotionsand happy hour discounts.
Mix cocktails with the correctingredients.
Ensure prompt service forcustomers.
Take payments via cash and card give correctchange and receipts and keep the till balanced.
Update thespecials board and promotional offers when needed.
Ensurethe bar is stocked with the required ingredients and snacks as wellas clean glassware
