Operations Team Leader

The Operations Team Leader primarily oversees the closing and / or opening operations of the store with complete responsibility for the store including wall to wall store conditions. The Operations Team Leader also fills in for the Store Team Leader and / or other department Team Leads in their absence. The Operations Team Leader can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, the ability to drive for results, and has great attention to detail. An Operations Team Leader is a proven servant leader, is knowledgeable on retail business best practices, and is adaptable to all situations while offering unmatched customer service.

Compensation
The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.
Expected Minimum Pay Rate
USD $28.00 / Hr.
Expected Maximum Pay Rate
USD $33.65 / Hr.
