Key Responsibilities
Manage applicant communication, responding to inquiries and providing information about eligibility and program details
Oversee applicant operations, including application management and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce
Execute events such as webinars and program prep sessions to engage prospective and admitted learners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in operational excellence and managing multiple demands in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and trust
Resourcefulness and adaptability in ambiguous, quickly changing environments
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Prior experience in workforce development, edTech, or equivalent training programs
