Represent Dexcom and its products to medical professionals and people with diabetes. You will close sales and process orders to meet monthly sales targets. Among other things, you will be responsible for training patients on how to use Dexcom technology. As a member of a young and growing team, you will make a significant contribution to our success and to further growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to existing customers and potential new customers (e.g., doctors in clinics and practices) with the aim of building and strengthening relationships and achieving sales targets
- Provide knowledgeable advice and support to doctors, nursing staff, and patients regarding the benefits and details of using Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring products
- Organize and conduct events for doctors and patients
- Represent Dexcom at trade fairs and exhibitions
- Actively contribute to positioning the company as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring
- Implement business strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and individual objectives
- Work closely with field and internal sales to achieve common goals
Requirements
Experience in selling medical or pharmaceutical products, ideally in the diabetes sector, is advantageousIf you have substantial diabetes expertise, such as professional experience as a diabetes consultant, we are also open to cross- or new entrantsYou communicate target-group-appropriately and are able to accurately identify customer needsYou can implement sales strategies even in a complex, multifaceted environmentFluent German language skills in speech and writing, solid English language skills desirableExcellent social skills, target-group-appropriate communication, and negotiation skillsTeam-oriented work and enthusiasm for salesWe Offer
