Key Responsibilities
Meet with prospective clients to understand their project goals, design preferences, and budgets
Prepare and deliver professional, accurate, and timely estimates and proposals
Collaborate with the Director of Sales and project team to ensure seamless client handoffs
Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and secure new business
Maintain active records of leads, pipeline activity, and estimates using CRM / project tools
Represent Honor Contracting with professionalism, integrity, and clear communication
Attend company meetings and contribute to ongoing sales strategy development
Identify new opportunities through referrals, networking, and community outreach
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in residential construction sales, estimating, or project consulting (preferred)
Strong knowledge of remodeling / construction processes and cost estimating
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects and estimates simultaneously
Proficiency in estimating software, CRM systems, Apple iOS systems
Motivated, self-disciplined, and results-focused

Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm
2-3 Saturdays per month (additional day off if Saturday is worked)
Overtime may be required based on client meetings and project needs
Location
Onsite role based in Peoria, AZ, with travel throughout surrounding areas for client meetings
