A company is looking for a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from claimants and suppliers professionally
Maintain current knowledge of Plans and apply this knowledge to claims and customer service functions
Required Qualifications
Effective time management skills
Ability to function independently within established guidelines
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
Experience in a fast-paced team-based environment
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
