We're looking for a motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and help deliver technology projects that drive real business impact. In this role, you'll coordinate project activities from start to finish-managing timelines, resources, and communications while keeping stakeholders informed. This is a hands-on, non-supervisory position where organization, attention to detail, and collaboration are key.

What You'll Do

Schedule and run project meetings, track progress, and share updates with teams and leadership.

Maintain project documentation, proposals, schedules, and SharePoint tracking.

Monitor milestones and deliverables to keep projects on time and aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders across the organization.

Support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of project management or related experience.

Strong skills in Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and project management tools.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with healthcare IT or ERP projects a plus.

CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
