Our client is seeking a driven and well-rounded Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers. In this role, you'll manage a variety of HR functions-including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance-while helping to foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.

What You'll Do as the Human Resources Generalist :

Support daily HR operations and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Assist with full-cycle recruitment , onboarding, and new hire orientation.

Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and employment laws.

Coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs .

Partner with leadership on employee relations, coaching, and culture-building activities.

What You'll Bring as the Human Resources Generalist :

2-4 years of hands-on HR or related experience.

Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience preferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
