Customer Service Representative
Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join a local team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in providing outstanding support to clients, demonstrates strong mathematical abilities, and possesses proficiency with Microsoft Suites. Key responsibilities include responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Accurately process orders, returns, and account changes while applying strong math skills to verify billing, discounts, and calculations. Use Microsoft Suites to document interactions, track case status, and generate customer reports. Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem-solving and seamless client experience. Maintain high attention to detail in all communications and data entry.
Requirements : Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suites, especially Excel for calculations and reporting. Strong math skills, with comfort in performing calculations and interpreting numerical data. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
