Job description

General Manager

Heritage is now hiring a high-performing General Manager to lead our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility. Following a major investment that doubled our service capacity to over 50 bays, the dealership's rapid growth now requires separate General Managers to maximize its full potential.

You'll lead a high-tenure team of 100+ professionals in a thriving, high-volume environment. As part of MileOne Autogroupone of the largest and most respected automotive groups in the Mid-Atlanticthis is a prime opportunity to drive performance and growth in a top-tier operation. This role requires hands-on leadership across both variable and fixed operations, with a focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. General Manager Responsibilities :

  • Hire, motivate, mentor all dealership employees
  • Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
  • Manage both new and used car inventory
  • Lead fixed operations department

    • General Manager Qualifications :

  • Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
  • 5 years minimum automotive leadership experience; willing to train the right high performing General Sales Manager
  • Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
  • A strong work ethic
