Revenue Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to oversee key revenue workflows and ensure compliance with internal SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of API and Excel Data, including outreach and delinquency reporting

Monitor daily automated alerts and maintain SLA compliance across multiple workflows

Coordinate with offshore support teams and track systemic issues across API credentials and partner data integrations

Required Qualifications

2-4 years in a revenue operations, analytics, or customer success role, preferably in SaaS or PropTech

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Experience with Looker, Salesforce dashboards, and basic SQL queries via BigQuery

Familiarity with automation tools like Iterable or API testing utilities

Bonus : Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi or AppFolio
