PLANT MANAGER – North Providence Rhode Island

Position Overview :

Operation Size : 80+ Employees, 3 shifts
Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer
Industry : Chemical processing with electroplating and anodizing operations

Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality and product development.

Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.

Maintain and update process documentation.

Participate in regular senior management meetings.

Requirements

B.S. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)

5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership

Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer organizations
