You're the ultimate problem-solving guru, swooping in to save the day for our fantastic customers! Armed with your witty communication skills and lightning-fast thinking, you tackle inquiries, schedule appointments, and zap away concerns like a true champ.

And with your superhuman speed, you update customer records in a flash, ensuring our operations flow smoother than a well-plumbed pipe.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

To join our epic team, you need to possess these amazing qualities :

• 2+ years of customer support experience, specifically with large call volumes
• 1+ years of experience using ServiceTitan
• Computer proficiency and the ability to use data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Knowledge of code

Experience dispatching for 24-hour trades would be a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
