Salary : $42 000 $48000 plusbonus

Bonus : We offer performancebonuses annually. These bonuses are directly tied to the totalnumber of manhours you oversee in your designated region.

Reviewincident reports and feedback for quality control and continuousimprovement.

StrategicPlanning :

Continuouslyfocus on elevating the performance and efficiency of supervisorsand securityofficers.

Developand implement actionable strategies that enhance operationalexcellence.

Logistics :

Overseevehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all equipment inventoriesare adequately stocked and in goodcondition.

Conductregular inventory checks for gear and uniforms coordinatingmaintenance and replenishments asnecessary.
