A nationally recognized architecture firm with a strong presence in the senior living, healthcare, education, and government sectors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Roanoke office.

In this role, you will :

Lead medium to large-scale architectural projects from concept through construction

Manage client relationships, contracts, schedules, and budgets

Guide and mentor design teams, ensuring technical excellence and project delivery

Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for smooth execution

Use tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Newforma , and CRM platforms to drive collaboration and documentation

What we're looking for :

Licensed Architect with 10+ years of PM experience

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Proven expertise in one or more : senior living, healthcare, education, or government design

Proficiency in Revit and project management software
