Cultivation Lead

JOB SUMMARY

The Cultivation Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of 5-7 Cultivation Technicians to ensure optimal plant health and productivity. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of plant care practices. The Cultivation Lead ensures all cultivation activities are performed in compliance with company policies and the regulations set forth by the state regulatory agency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Team Leadership : Leading cultivation technicians and associates working in the flowering phase, providing training, maintaining a schedule, and performance feedback.
• Oversee Flowering Operations : Manage the flowering rooms, ensuring optimal environmental conditions (light, humidity, temperature) for plant development.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all activities comply with Illinois state regulations and company SOPs, including METRC tracking and inventory control.
