You will oversee vendors, manage key transformation projects, and drive process improvements that enhance employee mobility experiences. Acting as a liaison between corporate functions and regional teams, you will influence mobility strategy, ensure compliance, and promote operational excellence. Accountabilities :

• Oversee global mobility program operations, ensuring efficient and standardized delivery across geographies.
• Lead a team responsible for optimizing vendors, systems, and processes to achieve strategic transformation goals.
• Drive initiatives to consolidate vendors, streamline workflows, and improve mobility service performance.
• Partner with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, project documentation, and feedback processes related to mobility programs and vendor performance.
• Support change management by coordinating communication strategies and implementation plans for global initiatives.
• Foster stakeholder alignment with corporate groups, regional headquarters, and business units worldwide.
• Supervise vendor agreements, RFP / RFI processes, and ensure compliance with service-level standards.
• Oversee team performance related to system usage, including AssignmentPro and related HR tools.
