Program Specialist Contract Role Pay : $21 / hour Schedule : 100% Remote Contract Length : 4 months Start Date : January 26, 2026 End Date : TBD Important Note : This is a contract role only. It is not a contract-to-hire position.

Position Overview :

We are seeking Program Specialists to join Neovance on a short-term contract assignment. This role is designed for professionals with strong call center and healthcare customer service experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. As a Program Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers, delivering operational and reimbursement support for complex programs. Your responsibility will be to own issues end-to-end, identify barriers, and collaborate with the appropriate parties to ensure patients and providers gain access to the therapies they need.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle 60100 inbound calls per day with an average handle time of 6 minutes.
• Address inquiries related to enrollment status, medication shipment status, patient outreach for missing information, and general patient questions.
• Manage and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide support for safety / adverse event reporting (preferred experience).
• Maintain 100% call quality standards.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into program tracking systems.
• Demonstrate discipline and focus while managing extended periods of customer interaction.

Note : Heavy call volume is expected between February and March.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
