Duties & Responsibilities
Perform & manage projects for servers, networks, cloud infrastructure & moreEngage with client as the "voice of the customer"Design, install, troubleshoot, & maintain on-site and cloud infrastructure, network, server equipment, & other hardware & softwareCommunicate with clients to resolve problems, design infrastructure, assist with growth planning, and provide best practice analysisEnsure client IT Security management with security teamWork with Customer Success Team to assist with formulating growth plans & recommend best practices for clientsCommunicate with vendors & 3rd parties for clientsPerform and oversee software and application development, installation, and upgradesTrain clients to use hardware, software and other systemsConfigure, maintain, monitor & backup servers & appliancesProvide technical support for customers - phone, remote and on-siteProvide emergency on-call service and support in rotating schedule with other colleaguesRequirements
Minimum 2-year Associates Degree in Computer / IT fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in a position with similar responsibilities of those required for this positionClient-focused with excellent communication skills - verbal and writtenMust have experience with Microsoft 365 stack, Server 2008+, Microsoft Exchange 2010+, VMWare, Hyper-V, firewall and networking configuration, performing, and managing server, cloud, Microsoft 365 migrations, Microsoft 365 administration, VPN configurationPreferred experience with Microsoft Azure, Teams, Cloud services administration, Autotask, Datto, Cisco MerakiAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentA registered vehicle and a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to frequently bend / stoop, stand, reach, lift, and sitAbility to lift up to 75 lbs
