Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is based on the applicant's relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation to enhance team productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate departmental services, prioritize tasks, and encourage situational problem-solving and decision-making among team members.
• Engage in ordering supplies and monitor production and quality metrics for the department.
• Perform necessary responsibilities while guiding your team on complex issues requiring expertise.
• Exhibit critical thinking skills and exercise decisive judgement while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
