Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Mars, you will partner to drive development & implementation of sub-category buying strategies and co-pilot optimization of resources. This role manages both regional and global initiatives by leveraging supplier relationships, while also driving standardization and automation. Ownership of sub-category spend on a global basis will be key, as will heavy cross-functional collaboration and close partnership with key stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For?

• Ideally you will have around five years' commercial or purchasing experience, preferably in the areas of services both direct and indirect buying.
• We want someone who shares our passion for driving value for our business by leveraging various sourcing channels.
• You'll also need to hold a Bachelors / master's degree.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
