Start Date : November 17, 2025

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85085

Shift : Full-time, 40 hours / week (MondaySaturday, between 7 AM7 PM CST)

Work Arrangement : 100% Remote

Duration : 1 Year Contract-to-Hire

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to secure payments on delinquent accounts.

Analyze processes and provide financial solutions to improve member experience.

Educate members on credit counseling vs. debt settlement options.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in collections or call center environment.

Strong customer service skills and ability to manage inbound / outbound calls.

Comfortable with critical thinking and adapting to feedback for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
