Senior Help Desk Support

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Help Desk Support for their Plano, TX location.

Requirements :

• These are Tech Support roles with strong Tech Support, Windows, Mac & excellent communications background.
• Windows 10 Cert / 1+ yrs Widows support exp is a must
• Mac Integration Basics Certificate / 1+ yrs Mac Support exp is a must
• ITIL Certification / 2+ Yrs Desktop Support
• Nice to have : ITIL Cert
• Excellent Communications
