Position Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. This role will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales.
No prior experience in sales is required as we provide comprehensive training and support.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to learn about solar energy and the renewable energy industry.
