Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee a combination of benefits administration, HR operations, and employee support. This individual will play a key role in maintaining compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting leadership across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), COBRA, and workers' compensation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and issues related to benefits and claims.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Support payroll processing and assist with related HR reporting as needed.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Complete required reporting such as EEO and other compliance filings.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
