Aircraft Assemblers / Overhaul Technicians

Akkodis is seeking Aircraft Assemblers / Overhaul Technicians for Contract-to-HIRE position with a direct client in Carson, CA.

• Pay Range : $21.50 per hour, possibly higher. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
• Location : Carson, CA
• Duration : Contract-to-Hire (6+ months to Hire)

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Performs maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' instructions for continued airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA. Inspector(s) are responsible for performing preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process and final inspections on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' instructions for continued airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.

Education : High School Diploma

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in aircraft assembly, maintenance or repair.
