Assistant Service Manager

Optimum RV is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to support our busy Service Department in Ocala, Florida. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that our technicians have the support and resources they need to perform efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Service Manager in daily operations of the Service Department.
• Help manage service appointments, repair orders, and workflow to maximize productivity.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and service updates.
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely and accurate work order completion.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure warranty and policy guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service environment.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor technician performance and assist with coaching and training as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as parts requests, warranty claims, and billing coordination.
• All other duties as assigned.
