We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager ("ACM") for our residential community in the Vernon Hills / Mundelein area. The ACM plays a key role in supporting the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, helping to maintain a positive team environment, and contributing to the achievement of marketing, occupancy, and financial goals. Most importantly, the ACM helps ensure that our residents feel truly at home. Pay : Starting from $24–$26 / hour (commensurate with experience) + commissions + quarterly bonuses
