At Pet Care Plus, we’ve been Chicago’s longest-running dog daycare, boarding, and grooming company with the same owner — and we’re serious about whole-health pet care (physical, mental, and emotional well-being).
We’re hiring a Reservation Specialist to be the voice of our brand — driving bookings, building trust with pet parents, and creating an exceptional client experience over the phone.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism

Convert inquiries into booked services

Follow proven sales systems and scripts

Upsell enrichment, grooming, bathing, training & retail

Follow up on leads and re-engage past clients

Maintain detailed, accurate client records

Help us hit booking and add-on goals
Who You Are

A natural extrovert who loves talking to people

Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections

Sales-minded and goal-driven

Detail-oriented and organized

Coachable and excited to grow

Available some weekends and peak holiday periods

2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
