Your Role & Impact

As Lead Clinician, PMHNP, youll provide professional behavioral health services while serving as a consultant, educator, and resource to clinical staff. Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise Behavioral Health Consultants, and support complex case management. Youll also assist in clinic operations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care.

What Were Looking For

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree

Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License

Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License

Current and unrestricted State of California license for specialty

DEA Controlled Substances Registration Certificate

Furnishing Number issued by California Board of Registered Nursing

Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty area

Current CPR certification

Valid California Drivers License, auto liability insurance, and clean driving record

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to train and develop staff and engage in collaborative problem solving

Bonus : Bilingual (English / Spanish), experience with underserved populations

The pay range for this role is $150,000 to 210,000 on an annual basis.
