Payroll and HRIS Manager

A company is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager to oversee payroll processing and HRIS services. Key Responsibilities Lead the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate payroll services delivery Deliver customized HRIS tools and support internal recruiting efforts Identify and implement process improvements in payroll and HRIS functions Required Qualifications 5-10 years of payroll and HRIS management experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (BS / MS / MBA preferred) Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Gusto and ADP Experience with recruiting coordination or HR project management Knowledge of HRIS tools and frameworks
