Civil Engineer - Residential and Commercial Developments

We are looking for a talented and experienced Civil Engineer who specializes in the design and development of residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions. The successful candidate will lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Direct and oversee various construction projects for residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments and analyze relevant data, including maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies, developing blueprints that meet all technical specifications.
• Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs while providing solutions for any issues that arise.
• Lead and mentor team members, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ensure all guidelines and regulations are strictly followed.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and procure equipment or materials as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS :

LOCATION : Honolulu, HI

SALARY RANGE : $90,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience
