Marketing Manager Job at 24 Seven Talent in Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader with a passion for innovative branding and campaign management. This role will focus primarily on social media strategy and live event marketing across Latin American regions.

The successful candidate will oversee and guide regional marketing teams or agencies, ensuring cohesive execution of promotional activities and collaborations with key distribution and licensing partners. This includes coordination on campaign approvals and cross-promotional efforts spanning multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Directing and supporting LATAM-based marketing resources and agencies

Contributing to the planning and execution of regional events and experiential marketing campaigns

Assisting with promotional strategies within North American markets

Monitoring and analyzing distribution and licensing strategies to inform marketing plans

Transforming market insights and trends into actionable social media and promotional tactics

Collaborating cross-functionally to develop engaging promotions for diverse audiences

Participating in key stakeholder meetings and securing requisite approvals for marketing assets

Representing the brand at major niche conventions and industry gatherings as required

Candidate Profile :

Minimum of five years’ experience in social media marketing with proven results

Fluency in Spanish

Availability to travel for business meetings and large-scale events internationally

Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with a reliable work ethic

Comfort working in dynamic environments with evolving tools and workflows

Experienced with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
