Responsibilities : Pioneer a strategic vision for the a top retail partner and department store channels, focusing on maximizing revenue and strengthening our brand presence.Champion creative and innovative programs across multiple categories-from toys and collectibles to apparel and beauty-by collaborating with global teams.Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, unlocking new opportunities and helping to shape the future of entertainment retail.Lead with influence, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver a unified and compelling retail experience.Leverage data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring our programs are always ahead of the curve.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot quickly and manage multiple, mission-critical projects.
