Senior Product Manager

Sub Same Day is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focus will be owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day Operations Integrations team. This role requires robust understanding of under-the-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies. You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process / product changes. Cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. Key job responsibilities include :

Defining a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including "working backwards" documents on products and features

Thinking creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement.

Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment

Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes

Innovating to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
