Here's what youll be doing :
- Accommodate members & guests, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy (mainly texts!)
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna rooms
