Superintendent Position

Our Superintendent is responsible for the installation and implementation of large-scale electrical projects. The role involves managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs, monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity, and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment. The Superintendent will complete field administration tasks including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries. They will also organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, implement and monitor the construction plan, and supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel. Additionally, the Superintendent will participate in all field work activities and be willing to work with tools when necessary. They will collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting.

Qualifications required include a proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget, excellent organizational skills, demonstrated leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and excellent knowledge of building codes. Preferred certifications include OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid.

Physical demands include working in all elements depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, and snow. The job requires the ability to use construction site sanitary facilities, wear personal protective equipment, climb ladders and steep stairs, crawl, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, sit, reach, and lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds.
