Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Alchemy's commercial relationships with designated key accounts, consistently delivering exceptional performance
- Growing and delivering profitable business levels as directed by the Sales Director North America
- Recruiting and developing new high-value customer accounts in the US&C region
- Maintaining and expanding a stable base of existing customers through strong account management and credibility
- Handling customer returns, disputes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Working closely with the operations team to align on device grading, testing, and returns management
- Driving a culture of excellence, collaboration, and integrity across teams
- Always acting in the best interest of Alchemy and upholding the organization's values in every interaction

Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the used electronics or mobile device industryProven track record of success in selling to small to midsize retailers, distributors, or resellersExperience managing a portfolio of customer accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools, inventory systems, and sales enablement platformsSkills & Competencies :
Demonstrated success in selling electronics or mobile devices within the U.S. marketWell-established network of loyal sales contacts who value long-term business relationshipsStrong commitment to exceptional customer service and account managementAbility to perform under pressure and consistently meet sales targets and deadlinesHigh ethical standards and unwavering professional integrityQuick to learn and adopt new software tools, particularly for sales and inventory managementSolid commercial acumen, including understanding of cost of goods, inventory turnover, gross profit, and VAT impactMotivated self-starter with the ability to inspire and lead others toward shared goalsStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAttributes :
