Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Service Sales and Strategy to lead our HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, and Electrical divisions. In this executive role, you will oversee sales operations across our entire footprint. You will work directly with the President, Executive teams, and fulfillment teams to develop and execute strategy, and deliver outstanding results for our customers. Our existing building customers count on us for maintenance, repairs, replacements, and project development. Military Veterans encouraged to apply! Work Location : On-site position based in one of our regional offices. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the following locations as part of the role : Knoxville, TN Blountville, TN Roanoke, VA Asheville, NC
