The Purchasing Director is a Department Head role that will have the following qualifications :

Development of cost methods for food & beverage controls

Handling procedures for food & beverage products

Development of quality standards

Knowledge of receiving / storing products

Hyatt Finance / Accounting principals

Pricing and cost analysis.

Ability to evaluate the over all operational methods of handling, storage and recovery

Inventory management

Ability to effectively lead a team

Primary Location : US-TX-Bastrop - Austin

Organization : Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa

Pay Basis : Yearly

Job Level : Full-time
