A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Specialist for the Premium Accounts Clearance Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for customs clearance on various cross-border shipments

Prepare and verify import documentation for timely release and delivery of orders

Collaborate with service providers and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues

Required Qualifications

Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs regulations

Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and analysis

2+ years of customs entry writing experience with complex shipments

Experience with premium / VIP account management and special handling requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; licensed customs broker preferred
