Team Leadership
- Lead a team of analysts to provide insights to Executive Committee, HR Leadership Team, Business-facing HR, and Centers of Excellence partners to mitigate risks, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement
- Mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement
- Coach team members to translate complex data analysis into compelling, action-inspiring stories and presentations that resonate with non-technical business leaders Build a culture of curiosity and collaboration
- Develop team capability in executive communication and stakeholder engagement
Thought Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by recommending and designing appropriate analytical strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsAct as a subject matter expert in selecting and implementing suitable data analysis methodologies to address complex business issuesAnalytics & Insights Delivery

Bachelors degree or equivalent relative work experienceTypically ten (10) years work experienceTypically minimum of three (3) years experience directly managing and developing people, including performance management and talent developmentExperience in SuccessFactors, Power BI or similar HCM system desiredProficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge in ExcelFluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plusAbility to build relationships and instill trust with internal and / or external stakeholders through a strong customer service focusAbility to drive results and innovation with integrity through collaborative partnershipsAbility to apply analytical methodologies to perform data analysisStrong ability to coach others in translating technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for people with non-technical backgroundsProven track record of developing analytical talent and building high-performing teamsCompetencies
