A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and foster employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits, leave, and policy inquiries
Oversee benefits administration and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate employee engagement events and maintain compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of HR experience
Solid understanding of HR policies and employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, ADP, Workday)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
