JÔNT is looking for a dedicated Service Manager to Join our team!
The Service Manager oversees the nightly flow of service at JÔNT, ensuring every guest experience meets the precision, warmth, and technical excellence expected of a two-MICHELIN-starred restaurant. This role supports the GM and AGM in staff leadership, pre-service organization, table pacing, guest relations, and maintaining the dining room’s operational standards, while coaching the team to uphold JÔNT’s culture of professionalism and hospitality.
Minimum 3 years of fine-dining or MICHELIN-level experience, with prior leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of chef’s-counter service , tasting-menu pacing, and coordinated FOH–BOH communication.
Confident wine and beverage knowledge.
Excellent communication, organization, and team-coaching skills.
Ability to stay calm, precise, and solution-oriented during high-intensity service.
Proficiency with modern reservation and POS systems (OpenTable, Toast, etc.).
Professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
