CNC Machine Operator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components while ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery including mills and lathes according to specifications to produce aluminum castings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the production requirements.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Record production data, including machine settings, production quantities, and any quality issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing.Proficient in operating CNC equipment including horizontal, and vertical machines (milling equipment and lathes).Experience with aluminum casting and production processes is preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Benefits
